Erin Nikou, PA-C
Erin graduated from Butler University in 2006 as a Physician Assistant and practiced in cardiology, Emergency Medicine and General Surgery for 11 years. After finding her passion in skincare and beauty, she pursued her dream of providing excellent medical aesthetic services to her local community in 2018. Since then, she has built a thriving business and has a great reputation within her community. This has allowed her patients to trust her while achieving excellent results but to also maintain a natural appearance. Erin works with each individual patient to help them achieve the results they are looking for based on personal needs and desires. She is a master injector of Neurotoxin and Dermal Fillers, and also is certified in Sculptra, Collagen P.I.N. Microneedling/PRPs, Virtue RF Laser, Tetra Cool Peel Laser, medical grade chemical peels and is a certified HydraFacial provider. Aaron Nikou
As a former Division I athlete, Tennis Professional, and owner of Discipleshape LLC founded in 2004, Aaron combines his expertise as an athlete with his education and experience as a fitness specialist to train people of all ages and abilities. Aaron’s passions are sharing the love of Christ, loving his family, and facilitating personal development and leadership.Aaron is widely known and respected throughout the community as a highly principled and caring person in all areas of his life.

Through Leadership, Teaching & Encouragment, Aaron desires to use his abilities to coach others to find their purpose by becoming all God has for them!
Dr. Thomas Small graduated from Indiana University from medical school, and spent the first 40 years of his medical career as a general surgeon in Franklin, Indiana. After retirement from surgery, Dr. Small has continued to practice medicine in the urgent care setting, different types of clinics, as well as finding a passion for practice of medical aesthetics. Patient care, the overall patient experience, and excellence are key factors to how Dr. Small has practiced medicine for 40+ years, as well as for the providers he supervises in Evexia Spa.
