Erin Nikou, PA-C
Erin Nikou, PA‑C, graduated from Butler University in 2006 and has nearly 20 years of clinical expertise. She spent 11 years practicing in cardiology, emergency medicine, and general surgery—honing her skills in patient assessment, anatomy, and advanced procedural techniques. In 2018, Erin and her husband founded Evexia Spa and Wellness to pursue her true passion for skincare and beauty. Since then, she’s become known for her radiant smile, impeccable reputation, and unwavering dedication to delivering safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic treatments to her community and beyond.
A devoted wife of nearly twenty years and mother to three spirited daughters, Erin’s life is rooted in faith, family, and fun. Guided by her love for Jesus and genuine care for people, she builds each patient relationship on trust and open communication.
Erin’s philosophy is simple yet powerful: every individual matters, and by listening to each patient’s unique goals and desires, she crafts tailored treatment plans that enhance natural beauty and achieve transformative, yet authentic, results in the most natural way possible.
Aaron Nikou
Aaron is the Co-Owner and COO of Evexia Spa & Wellness, where he leads with both vision and heart. A dedicated husband for nearly 20 years, he married the love of his life—who also happens to be his business partner—and together they have built two thriving companies and a family. As a father of 3 daughters, Aaron is vastly outnumbered at home and at work, leading an all-female team at Evexia. A former Division 1 athlete with an entrepreneurial mindset, he blends discipline, leadership, and empathy to create environments where people can grow, heal, and thrive. His life and work are grounded in purpose, partnership, and the belief that strong culture builds strong outcomes.
Kristi Swanson
Kristi is a highly skilled laser technician specializing in advanced skin rejuvenation and wellness treatments at the intersection of science and self-care. As a national laser Institute (NLI) certified technician, her passion is helping others feel confident in their skin, bringing precision, expertise, and heart to every treatment.
A devoted wife and proud mom of four, Kristi balances her professional excellence with a deep love for family, faith, and laughter. Her mission? To help clients not just look their best—but feel their best, inside and out.

Katie Nikou
Katie’s certification from the National Laser Institute (NLI) pairs perfectly laser technician, who brings an artistic eye and a precision-focused approach to every treatment she performs. With a background as a teacher, a coach, and a trusted friend, her approach to medical aesthetics is grounded in care, creativity, and connection. She combines technical skill with a warm, encouraging presence—helping clients feel seen, supported, and confident in their skin. Guided by faith, fueled by family, and driven by excellence, Katie is dedicated to transforming not just appearances, but experiences.

Angie Langman
With a background as a globe-trotting flight attendant, now grounded in the world of beauty and wellness, Angie Langman brings first-class organization, charm, and efficiency to her role! She’s the friendly force behind the scenes—keeping everything running smoothly with grace, humor, and an eye for detail. A devoted wife, loving mom, and faith-filled woman who believes in finding joy in the little things, she brings warmth and heart to every client and colleague she supports.
Whether you need a cup of coffee or a hug, Angie takes pride and making sure your experience at Evexia is both fun and loving!
Carrie Umbarger
Carrie brings 20 years of nursing experience to our team, including 14 years as a dedicated labor and delivery nurse. With a deep-rooted passion for patient care and attention to detail, Carrie specializes in aesthetic injectables, focusing on Botox and Everesse to help clients feel confident, refreshed, and naturally beautiful.
Carrie completed a four-month intensive apprenticeship under Erin Nikou, PA-C, and is committed to ongoing continuing education to stay current with the latest injection techniques and safety standards. Outside the treatment room, she is married to her husband Jackson and is a proud mom to Carson, Kyndal, and Cooper. Carrie looks forward to caring for clients with skill, precision, and a personalized approach to aesthetic treatments.
Madison Sterba
With eight years of clinical experience and five years in marketing, Madison brings a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective to Evexia Spa and Wellness. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance in 2021 with a concentration in social media, she found a true love for blending healthcare, creativity, and connection within the aesthetics industry.
A devoted wife to her husband Joseph and a proud mom to two boys, Madison values family, teamwork, and genuine relationships. She has a deep appreciation for the aesthetics world and the people within it, and she truly loves supporting her team and watching them grow. Madison looks forward to continuing to help Evexia thrive while creating an environment where both clients and providers feel seen, supported, and inspired.
Franny Podolsky
Franny is a licensed esthetician with a passion for skin health, client-centered care, and creating meaningful connections in the treatment room. A graduate of Center Grove High School, she went on to attend Aveda Fredric’s Institute, where she developed a strong foundation in skincare techniques and personalized client care. Franny is certified in lash extensions and dermaplaning, allowing her to enhance natural beauty while tailoring each service to individual skin goals.
Driven by her love for Jesus, Franny’s heart for service shines through in every treatment. Her goal at Evexia is to pamper clients while ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. She believes in creating uplifting, relaxing experiences and educating clients on personalized skincare regimens that support long-term results. Franny is excited to bring laughter, joy, and positive energy to the spa, helping each client leave feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for.
Dr. Thomas Small graduated from Indiana University from medical school, and spent the first 40 years of his medical career as a general surgeon in Franklin, Indiana. After retirement from surgery, Dr. Small has continued to practice medicine in the urgent care setting, different types of clinics, as well as finding a passion for practice of medical aesthetics. Patient care, the overall patient experience, and excellence are key factors to how Dr. Small has practiced medicine for 40+ years, as well as for the providers he supervises in Evexia Spa.
